B.C. Reg. 125/2005, deposited March 18, 2005, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 218/2005, approved and ordered March 17, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2005, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended

(a) by repealing Schedule 1 and substituting the attached Schedule 1, and

(b) by amending Schedules 2 and 3 as set out in the attached Appendix.
