 Section 2 (part) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 99/2018, effective May 18, 2018.

2   For the purposes of section 11 (1) (b) and 12 (1) (b) of the Act, the following classes of employees of the Family Justice Services Division of the Ministry of Justice are prescribed:

 Section 4 (1) was brought into force by BC Reg 347/2012, effective January 1, 2014.

 Section 5 (1) was brought into force by BC Reg 347/2012, effective January 1, 2014.

 Section 6 (5) BEFORE repealed by BC Reg 347/2012, effective January 1, 2014.

(5)  Without limiting any other provision of this section, a person may act as a parenting coordinator if, on March 18, 2013, he or she was acting in the capacity of a parenting coordinator under a parenting coordination agreement or order.

 Section 26.1 was enacted by BC Reg 42/2013, effective March 18, 2013.
