1 (1) By regulation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may impose a levy on stumpage bearing timber for which stumpage is determined and payable under the Forest Act.
(2) If a regulation imposing a levy is made, the Forest Act applies to the enforcement and collection of the levy as if it were stumpage payable under that Act.
(3) [Repealed 2004-36-135.]
2 The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations referred to in section 41 of the Interpretation Act.
