Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulation

[includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 201/2008, June 27, 2008]

Definition

1 In this regulation:

"Act" means the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

Forms of warrant

2 (1)  The form set out in Schedule A is prescribed as the Information to Obtain a Search Warrant for the purposes of section 26 (2) (b) of the Act.

(2)  The form set out in Schedule B is prescribed as the Warrant to Search for the purposes of section 26 (2) (b) of the Act.

Information to Obtain a Search Warrant

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (the "Act")

The informant says that the informant has reasonable grounds to believe that —

Warrant to Search

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (the "Act")

To an authorized agent of the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or, if applicable, to a peace officer in the Province of British Columbia exercising the powers of an authorized agent under section 22 of the Act:

I am satisfied, on the sworn/affirmed information of ................................................................, of ........................................., British Columbia that there are reasonable grounds to believe that –
