Remuneration and expenses of audit council

1 (1)  Members of the audit council must be remunerated in accordance with Treasury Board Directive 3/11 as follows:

(a) the chair in accordance with the maximum meeting and per diem fees set for the chair of a board classified as Level 2;

(b) the other members of the audit council in accordance with the maximum meeting and per diem fees set for the director of a board classified as Level 2.

(2)  Members of the audit council must be reimbursed for transportation, accommodation, meal and out of pocket expenses in accordance with Treasury Board Directive 3/11.
