Special resolution defined

1 For the purposes of section 16 (4) (c) of the Health Authorities Act, a special resolution for the Royal Inland Hospital, incorporated under An Act to Incorporate the Royal Inland Hospital, is defined as an approval by a majority of the voting members of the corporation present at a meeting of the membership of the corporation, called for the purpose of approving the amalgamation.
