Note: This Act was repealed by the Business Corporations Act, SBC2002, c. 57, s. 445 (a), effective March 29, 2004 (B.C. Reg. 64/2004). Despite its repeal, it continues to apply, in whole or in part, to the following:

(a) under section 4 (3) of the Business Corporations Act, to certain special Act corporations as defined in that Act;

(b) under section 1 (4) of the Credit Union Incorporation Act, to credit unions as defined in that Act;

(c) under section 1 (4) of the Financial Institutions Act, to the deposit insurance corporation and financial institutions as those terms are defined in that Act;

(d) under section 71 (1) of the Society Act, to the winding up of societies and extraprovincial societies as those terms are defined in that Act.
